Hasbro is seeking an exceptionally talented Director of Digital Marketing to lead our ambitious digital marketing strategy for our AAA console/PC video games. This outstanding opportunity allows you to foster vibrant gaming communities, drive meaningful engagement, and use social platforms to improve brand dedication and reach. You will play a crucial part in performance media, SEO, and CRM management to ensure coordinated and data-driven marketing efforts across all touchpoints.

A day in the life as a Director of Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy for Hasbro's AAA titles, ensure consistent messaging, foster gaming communities, build influencer relationships, and align with broader marketing and feedback loops.
  • Implement community engagement initiatives to deepen player connections, establish real-time management of feedback and trends, and build partnerships to expand Hasbro gaming communities' reach.
  • Collaborate to run media campaigns, optimize content for search, and coordinate CRM strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and align with social and community efforts.
  • Define and track key social media and community performance metrics using analytics to modify approaches as needed; report on community growth, engagement metrics, and player sentiment to provide actionable insights; and assess media spend and its value to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster external agency and partner relationships to ensure cohesive execution across all marketing channels.


What You'll Bring:

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $140,000
  • Pay Range End: $271,100
