Job Description
DevOps Engineer (Platform Engineer) responsible for building and packaging enterprise applications into Docker containers, utilizing CI/CD tools (Git/GitHub, TeamCity, Artifactory, Jenkins), designing and deploying scalable microservices-based applications using Python and REST APIs with SQL. The role involves automating tasks with Ansible and shell scripting, strong Linux command-line skills, and AWS (EKS/ECS, CloudFormation) experience. Experience with various databases, data warehouses, data lakes, Big Data, and NoSQL technologies is a plus. Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Python migration scripts, network troubleshooting, and observability tools (DataDog, Splunk, Sumo Logic) is beneficial. For senior positions, hands-on AWS experience is mandatory.
Must have:
- Docker containerization

Job Details
Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in building & packaging enterprise applications into Docker containers.
Strong experience in CI/CD tools (e.g Git/GitHub, TeamCity, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc.)
Strong experience in designing, coding, and deploying scalable applications based on micro-services, Python, REST APIs, SQL
Experience in automating repetitive tasks using Ansible, shell scripting, etc.
Experience in basic and advanced terminal commands in Linux
Cloud Experience e.g. in AWS (EKS/ECS, CloudFormation).
Good to Have:
Alation/Metadata management and designing concepts
Experience with multiple databases, warehouses and data lakes
Experience in AWS (EKS/ECS, CloudFormation). (mandatory for Senior position – Hands-on Experience)
Experience with Big Data and NoSQL technologies
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI

Experience in writing migration scripts in Python
Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as telnet, tracert, netstat
