Summary

The Controlling Coordinator at Nissan AMIEO is responsible for closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting monthly results. Key duties include consolidating business plans and forecasts, reconciling income from spare parts and accessories, updating purchase files, checking after-sales service accruals and results, and reconciling SAP and internal Nissan software data. The role also involves profitability checks, managing used car profits and expenses, analyzing financial results, reporting on used car availability, preparing operational activity reviews, and analyzing general and administrative costs. The ideal candidate will have a finance background, at least two years of experience, and knowledge of SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Closing, Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Reporting of monthly results
  • Consolidation of business plans and forecasts as delegated by Controlling Manager
  • Reconciliation of income from sale of spare parts and accessories
  • Based on the results of reporting month, update file regarding purchase of spare parts and accessories
  • Checking the accruals of after-sales service department
  • Check results of after-sales service department for the reporting month
  • Reconciliation of SAP and Internal Nissan software results (Excel file reconciliation)
  • Reconciliation of results of after-sales service department - income and expenses in SAP and Internal Nissan software
  • Profitability check (Business Contribution of parts report)
  • Coordination and management of profits and expenses of used cars reconciliation of results of sale of used cars
  • Reconciliation of results of used cars Sales - Income and expenses in SAP and Internal Nissan software results. Profitability check (Business Contribution of used cars report)
  • Provide an in-depth analysis of financial results by the volume of sales of used cars (deviations, etc.)
  • Reporting on availability of used cars on the company's balance sheet (Free Cash Flow report)
  • Preparation of review of company’s operational activities for the reporting month (results from Internal Nissan software reporters) regarding the sale of new cars, used cars, spare parts and accessories
  • Monthly analysis of general and administrative costs against the budget and preparation of comments
  • Reporting of monthly results (Aftersales Parts revenue reconciliation, Aftersales accruals, Business Contribution of used cars reporting in Internal Nissan software, Free Cash Flow reporting, General Administration accruals)

Required background, experience and education:

  • Finance background
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting
  • Higher education in Accounting/Finance, relevant professional qualification
  • Knowledge of SAP

Skills, abilities and languages:

  • English intermediate IS A MUST and local language
  • Problem resolving orientated
  • Flexible, open-minded personality, ability work under pressure
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
