Job Description

This Commercial Sales Apprenticeship in Paris offers a 12-24 month opportunity to assist in providing licensing solutions to customers, focusing on Microsoft volume licensing programs. You'll work closely with various sales teams (Account Executives, Business Development, etc.) and build relationships with clients' purchasing, business sponsors, and technical leads. Responsibilities include developing customer-centric offers, negotiating deals with senior stakeholders, supporting sellers to achieve revenue targets, and contributing to commercial proposals. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes. Interns work on real-world projects with global teams.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

As a Commercial Sales Intern, you will assist in providing licensing solutions to customers with a focus on Microsoft volume licensing programs. Work closely with multiple sales disciplines including Account Executives, Business Development, Buy and Legal service desks. Outside of Microsoft, build and maintain relationships across customers' purchasing, business sponsors and technical lead to provide modern and robust licensing solutions.

En tant que stagiaire en ventes commerciales, vous aiderez à fournir des solutions de licence aux clients en vous concentrant sur les programmes de licence en volume de Microsoft. Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs disciplines de vente, y compris les responsables de compte, le développement commercial, les services d'achat et juridiques. En dehors de Microsoft, construisez et maintenez des relations avec les services d'achat des clients, les sponsors commerciaux et les responsables techniques pour fournir des solutions de licence modernes et robustes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field
  • Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship
  • You must be legally authorised to work in France to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Seeking an Apprenticeship contract.

     

Qualifications requises

  • Actuellement en cours de préparation d'un baccalauréat en commerce, sociologie, psychologie, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe. 

    o Doit avoir au moins un semestre/terme restant après la fin du stage. 

  • Vous devez être légalement autorisé à travailler en France pour être éligible à ce poste. (Légalement autorisé = a la citoyenneté ou a obtenu un visa ou un permis de travail valide)

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

  • À la recherche d'un contrat d'apprentissage.

Responsibilities

 

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to determine how commercial licensing and contracting should be changed to best meet customer needs.
  • Leverages understanding of sales science (e.g., pipeline metrics, closed rates, competitive selling) to establish a strategic sales execution cadence. 
  • Develops customer-centric offers by engaging with and aligning account teams around the deal(s) that they are casting.
  • Establishes the strategy for the negotiation approach by engaging with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Supports various sellers in order to achieve revenue targets. Collaborates with business stakeholders (e.g., Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs [CELA], operations, finance) and across teams.
  • Contributes to developing commercial proposals. Develops industry knowledge and understanding of competitive analysis to contribute to crafting commercial solutions. Contributes to early engagement, planning and ideation process as directed.

Contribue à l'engagement précoce, à la planification et au processus d'idéation selon les directives.
