The Opportunity:

In this position you will be part of the Sales team, and you are responsible for supporting Mattel Turkey Sales and Marketing teams.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities are to:

  • Develop and maintain sales and inventory reports, dashboards and key performance indicators to track effectiveness of sales activities and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of reports, generate insights and execute necessary updates
  • Assisting in maintenance of sales forecasting file and support on uploading monthly sales forecast of customers
  • Full responsibility of the product split template for sales team
  • Assisting in to share weekly customer sales-out (POS) data with sales intelligence platform (Tableau)
  • Assisting in product listing to customers in terms of legal documentation and shipment customization
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support various business initiatives
  • Monthly update of Sales Dashboard

What does it take to succeed?

  • You know how to get things done with a large international matrix organization, based on your previous experience within a similar context, building collaborative teams and communicate with impact across the organization.
  • Solid project management skills is required. Previous brand management experience is a definitive asset.
