Summary

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Quickspin will define and execute the commercial strategy, collaborating with marketing and the CEO to devise overall marketing plans. This role includes optimizing the after-sales process, tracking performance against revenue targets, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The CCO will also represent Quickspin at industry events and be responsible for driving revenue generation and expanding Quickspin's presence in the iGaming industry.

With our constant drive to be better, we’re now seeking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our management team, from Malta.

About the role

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Quickspin, you will shape and execute our commercial strategy, ensuring that all business functions support the company’s growth. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and have a pivotal role in the management team. You will lead the commercial unit and be responsible for driving revenue generation through Business Development and Account Management functions, as well as help shape the Marketing strategy. This is a highly influential role and your leadership will be the key to building strong industry relationships and expanding our presence in the iGaming industry. Your main focus will be on driving Quickspin to commercial success, aligned with both Quickspin and global strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Together with the CEO define and execute the commercial strategy to meet revenue objectives and business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and the CEO to devise the company's marketing strategy, including events, promotions, merchandise, and communications.
  • Lead the account management and sales team, ensuring end-to-end execution of outreach, pitching, alignment, negotiation, closing, and implementation of deals.
  • Manage and optimize a robust after-sales process to deliver strong customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track and analyse performance against revenue targets and develop action plans to ensure objectives are met.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders both, within Quickspin and the Playtech Group.
  • Represent the Quickspin Malta Branch to the MBR on behalf of Quickspin AB.
  • Act as a key ambassador at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications and experience

 Core Experience & Professional Background:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a managerial/leadership role.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the iGaming industry.
  • 10+ years’ experience working with sales /commercial, preferably within the   gambling industry.
  • Proven work experience as a CCO, Sales Director or similar leading commercial position.
  • Proficient MS Office and Excel user.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is considered an asset.

     

   Leadership and Personal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with extensive contacts within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven leader with extensive experience in driving team performance and keeping teams motivated.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset, with focus on making informed decisions.
  • Remarkable self-motivation and strong drive.
  • You have a Malta residence permit and established connections in Malta.
  • Willingness to travel.
