Job Description
As an Area Sales Manager at Paytm, you'll spearhead the sales of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations. Responsibilities include building and motivating a high-performing sales team, driving sales targets, resolving merchant queries, overseeing daily operations, and monitoring team performance. You will need to create a positive team environment, set clear goals, delegate tasks, provide coaching, and address team conflicts. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, with experience in team handling, cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation. Success hinges on your ability to identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding your network.
