As a Business Development Specialist (Real Estate), you'll leverage your real estate and digital marketing expertise to help realtors enhance their marketing strategies. Responsibilities include building strong partnerships with real estate agents, expanding business by prospecting and closing new deals, delivering compelling virtual presentations, achieving sales goals, collaborating with a motivated team, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll contribute to the growth of a leading real estate marketplace platform by driving subscriptions and boosting advertising revenue. The role requires proven B2B sales experience and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role: 

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents to drive subscriptions and boost their advertising revenue.

  • Engage Through Virtual Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our client’s offerings and convert leads into loyal users.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Real Estate Experience: A background in real estate or digital marketing, with at least two years in B2B sales preferred. 

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in a corporate sales environment with the ability to manage and grow client relationships. 

  • Results-Oriented: A driven individual with strong analytical skills and a results-focused approach. 

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with flexibility and creativity.
