The Public Safety Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the public safety sector across the West region (Alaska, Washington, Montana, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Nevada, and California).  This remote role involves prospecting new customers (city/county/state government agencies, law enforcement, fire departments, etc.), conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team.  Daily tasks include directly approaching end-customers, facilitating negotiations, managing a portfolio of accounts, aggressively prospecting, and nurturing client relationships.  A strong focus on both 'hunting' (new clients) and 'farming' (existing clients) is required.

What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:&nbsp;

 <li>Take ownership of a portfolio of large, active end-customer accounts</li>
 <li>Aggressively prospect for new clients and motivate slow-growing accounts within the Fortune 1000 client base in the North Central US geography.</li>
 <li>Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust</li>
 <li>Strategically balance and expand the portfolio as required</li>
 <li>Embrace a proactive "Hunting" approach when building the client portfolio</li>

This position's annual on-target earnings (OTE) range from $149,131 to $227,807, with most candidates falling in the $181,190 to $200,862 range.
