Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager - Executive Manager at Paytm's EDC Retail division, you'll be responsible for increasing sales of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include building and managing a sales team, driving swiping device sales, resolving merchant queries, engaging the merchant base, setting team goals, overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training, and fostering a positive team environment. You'll need strong leadership, sales, and communication skills to succeed in this role. The position involves hiring and developing a team, delegating tasks, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets.

About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Education - Graduation or Post-graduation
