Overview:

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant who will be involved in key projects including supplier management and finance assistance. Reporting and handling different administrative tasks for  marketing & engineering teams, mostly focused on vendor management.

What you’ll do:

 

•    Vendor Management - collecting vendor information and following established internal processes including assistance, repeat requests for missing information, and vendor meetings to complete the relevant forms.
•    Managing invoices, coordinating with finance teams, including PR and PO numbers, submitting invoices for payments and following up with AP to confirm whether the invoices have been paid and informing the vendors about invoice status.
•    Opening purchase requisitions in SAP including obtaining necessary internal approvals and coordinating communication.
•    Tracking invoices and submitting necessary internal reports.

  • Assists with other projects as assigned.

Preferred Requirements:

 

•    University degree in Marketing, Economics or similar
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar office tools
•    Being precise, detailed, and accurate
•    Proactive and team player (cooperating with other teams and having a curious mindset)
•    Proficient English language skills, as well as good communication skills

Experience with SAP would be beneficial.
