Job Description

The Warehouse Storeperson ensures smooth coordination of service parts and materials. Key responsibilities include receiving and dispatching goods (electronic gaming machines and parts), order fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping), inventory management (maintaining precise levels, cycle counts), product preparation (testing and preparing for dispatch), and returns processing. The role demands accuracy, adherence to quality and safety procedures, and compliance with gaming regulations. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems is essential. The position involves working with field service teams to provide them with the necessary tools and parts for maintaining and upgrading electronic gaming machines.

Must have:

Previous warehouse experience
Inventory management skills
Proficiency in Excel and WMS
Forklift license
Strong organizational skills
Adherence to safety and compliance regulations

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you’ll ensure the smooth coordination of service parts and materials in our warehouse. Your role will be essential in providing the field service team with the tools and parts needed for maintaining and upgrading our electronic gaming machines and associated products.

What You'll Do

Receiving & Dispatching: Manage incoming goods, including electronic gaming machines and service parts, with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship service parts to field technicians and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and process system transactions promptly
Product Preparation: Test and prepare products for dispatch, adhering to strict quality-first policies and documentation standards.
Returns Processing: Manage returned gaming machines, including the removal of locks and parts
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and gaming compliance regulations.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a must
Understand inventory movements and adhere to stock management principles
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational skills
Must have a forklift license
