Job Description

Keywords Studios Mexico seeks Customer Service Representatives for written support (no calls) to provide excellent player support via chat, email, and tickets. Responsibilities include resolving player issues such as lost accounts and answering questions. The position is initially remote due to COVID-19, with the possibility of on-site work later. Successful candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, multitasking abilities, adaptability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Full-time availability and residence in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico are required. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Description

Due to COVID-19, we are currently offering TEMPORARY remote positions and you must be available to come to work in our office when the project requires it.

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
Full-time availability
High School Diploma preferred but not required.
Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico.
