Role overview

We are seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of campaign objectives. In this role, you will take ownership of project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, providing strategic guidance and problem-solving to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will manage various project assets, maintain quality control, and implement best practices to optimize processes. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to navigate complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for? Our Senior Project Manager has a knack for the following skills:

Communication:

• Leads client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions, ensuring strategic discussions and clear action plans.
• Serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, effectively communicating campaign objectives and expectations.
• Oversees and streamlines internal communications for asset development, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Manages and communicates internal and external feedback through Airtable, facilitating transparency and efficiency.
• Ensures all stakeholders are informed of project status, approvals, and any necessary escalations.

Analytics:

• Owns project tracking and performance monitoring, ensuring tasks are completed, quality-checked, and closed out in project management software.
• Develops and maintains key tracking documents, including Creative Tracker, Production Timeline, and Budget Trackers, to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Provides accurate and strategic project estimates to support budgeting, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
• Ensures all client deadlines are met, proactively managing schedules and addressing any risks or delays.

Leadership:

• Provides strategic oversight and mentorship to 1–2 direct reports, fostering professional growth and efficiency.
• Leads the development of campaign timelines and schedules, ensuring internal alignment before client approval.
• Champions quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet company standards, campaign-specific aesthetics, and branding guidelines.
• Proactively identifies roadblocks and implements solutions to optimize workflow and project execution.
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail, setting the standard for project management excellence.

Business:

• Leads RFP pricing development in the absence of the Director of Project Management, ensuring competitive and strategic proposals.
• Oversees project budgets, optimizing resources while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
• Implements and refines best practices to improve project management processes and enhance team performance.
• Ensures seamless execution of production workflows, acting as a key decision-maker in project planning and delivery.

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic oversight.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, maintaining focus and quality under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software; experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google Sheets is a plus.
• Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST
