We are looking for a Unity Technical Leader to join our Solitaire Grand Harvest team in our Warsaw office!

Responsibilities:

Strives for the game's technical stability and gives direction to development teams for the company and production technical standards.
Support continuous growth of the developers (mentoring, f2f meetings with developers, participation in the developing of personal improvement plans)
Helping development teams with all steps of the product lifecycle (high-level estimations, initial task decomposition, review/writing of the design documents, review of critical parts of the feature implementation)
Escalation point in production incidents (troubleshooting, risk analysis, evaluating of the solution)

Requirements:

5+ years developing in Unity
4+ years of excellent c# 7.0+ /.net 4.6+
2+ years’ experience in managing people and leading a team
4+ years in mobile game development
iOS and Android development experience
Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced English;
