Job Description

Scopely's Flamed team in Barcelona seeks a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to create impactful ads for MONOPOLY GO! and other IPs. Responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team, building storyboards/animatics, producing full motion videos, and animating assets. Requires proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, excellent design and communication skills, and a passion for mobile games. The role involves taking ideas from conception to completion within a collaborative environment.

Must have:

5+ years Motion Design experience
Proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane
Excellent design & communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Passion for mobile games

Good to have:

Unity, Unreal Engine, 3D Modeling
Social media & UA ad experience

Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Sr Motion Graphics Designer to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis.

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will primarily work on 🎩 MONOPOLY GO, one of the top mobile games on the market, and may also support other IPs in our extensive portfolio as needed.

What you will do:

Work in collaboration with the creative team, Project Managers and Consumer Marketing to build impactful ads for advertising.
Participate in brainstorms, ideate and build storyboards and/or animatics to illustrate ideas before production
Build full motion video from approved concepts or animate all kind of assets to be integrated with other video components (live actions or 3D animation)
Work with an attention to detail attitude in a constructive cross-feedback environment.

What you will need:

An excellent video reel that demonstrates a wide-range of proven motion design work and animation skills.
Proficient in the standard tools of the trade: After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine and Photoshop.
Great design skills.
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to drive an idea from conception to completion.
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Motion Designer
Passionate of mobile games, especially Monopoly GO!

Bonus Point:

Additional knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine and 3D Modeling and / or illustration.
Experience in creating social media and user acquisition ads
Proactive interest in various tools using this AI technology.
Character animation, VFX and particle simulations.
