Summary

This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks), conducting initial interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, preparing job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and building relationships with candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is beneficial.

Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Experience: 6 months
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  2. Job Requirement Analysis:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
    • Prepare and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
  3. Candidate Management:
    • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  4. Recruitment Operations:
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  5. Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the company to attract top talent.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
