As a Staff Consultant, Talent Acquisition at Nagarro, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation. Responsibilities include writing job descriptions, designing interview processes, maintaining candidate databases, ensuring timely communication, managing job postings, coordinating interview schedules, and submitting regular reports on recruitment progress. The role requires strong end-to-end recruitment experience, expertise in IT/Non-IT hiring, and proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. You'll handle middle and senior-level requirements across all verticals.

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 6+ years
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling and hiring.
  • Strong working experience in in end to end recruitment IT / Non IT hiring.
  • Experience in sourcing profiles from different sources viz portals, social media, networking etc.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for managing candidate pipelines and job applications
  • Handling middle level and senior level requirements in all verticals.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and referrals to find qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, determine job requirements, and create tailored recruitment strategies for each position.
  • Write clear and compelling job descriptions and design structured interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track candidate information through our ATS.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements, expectations, interview scheduling, and feedback.
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure they are attracting the right candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels (both technical and non-technical).
  • Maintain and submit regular reports on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline, offers, and hiring metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
