Roles & Responsibilities
- Design simple, elegant, data-driven, human-centered experiences that delight users
- Engage across the end-to-end design process: research, concept, wire framing, prototyping, testing, refining, and shipping
- Collaborate with product designer and managers to create and update components within the design system
- Assist in maintaining visual and brand consistency across all products and experiences
- Create and evolve designs for our clinician-facing mobile applications and web portals
- Work with stakeholders to understand and translate business goals into unique product experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an interaction, user experience, or software interface designer
- Experience designing user experiences for multiple platforms (mobile, web and tablet)
- Portfolio showcasing multiple projects with human-centered design solutions, strong foundations in visual design and ability to develop a robust Figma component library
- Knowledge of best practices for developing responsive web components, with inclusivity, accessibility, and internationalization in mind
- Passionate about design systems and knowledgeable about new technologies and processes within the field of design technology
- Has experience with programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and partnering closely with engineers
- Startup/healthcare experience is a bonus
