Job Summary

Job Description

As a Supervisor of Electrical Assembly at Tesla Automation, you'll lead a team in the assembly and installation of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include training and supervising employees, ensuring adherence to electrical standards during testing, and overseeing all aspects of electrical work. A strong technical understanding of electrical systems, automation, and electro-pneumatics is essential. The role requires experience in commissioning machinery and working with technical plans. The position involves both domestic and international travel and shift work.

Must have:

Lead electrical assembly team
Install and test electrical systems
Train and supervise employees
Read and understand technical plans
Knowledge of automation processes
Experience with electro-pneumatics
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in German and English

Good to have:

Meister/Techniker qualification
Experience in machinery/automation

What You’ll Do

Fachliche Führung eines Mitarbeiterteams in der elektrischen Montage
Aufbau und Installation von Maschinen und Anlagen
Fachliche Einarbeitung, Unterweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern inklusive detaillierter Anleitungen über alle Arbeitsprozesse hinweg
Fachliche Verantwortung für die Prüfung von elektr. Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung entsprechender Normen

What You’ll Bring

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker Betriebstechnik, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Maschinenbau / Automatisierungstechnik von Vorteil
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit technische Pläne bzw. Elektrodokumentationen zu lesen und zu verstehen
Kenntnisse in Automatisierungsprozessen, Elektro-Pneumatik, Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen
Reisebereitschaft (In- und Ausland) sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
