Role description:
This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. Role accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various digital applications and systems.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify digital product defects and ensure product functionality.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
- Maintain test documentation and provide comprehensive reports on test progress and results.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products, services, or processes to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Identify defects, errors, or non-conformities and document them for corrective action.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports and summaries of quality-related findings to share with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, test results, and compliance documentation.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance.
- Conduct thorough assessments of data quality by analysing data sets, identifying anomalies, and evaluating data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards by monitoring data usage and access.
- Perform internal audits & compliance check of data going out & available for client/s to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor and assess quality performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively identify potential issues and take corrective actions to prevent quality deviations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.
- Experience in conducting audits and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
