The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, management experience, analytical and communication skills, and experience across various technologies and frameworks (React, Golang, PostgreSQL).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a development team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Define and implement best practices for the software development processes, code reviews, and testing strategies.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and tools in software development.
- Design scalable and maintainable application architectures from scratch.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in application development
- Proven track record of delivering applications from concept to launch.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency in development frameworks and programming languages across the entire stack (React, Golang, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
