Job Description

SharePoint Migration Specialist needed for a seamless migration from on-prem SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online. This project involves using ShareGate and Power Automate to automate workflows for a large Asset Management company. The specialist will oversee the migration process, leveraging their expertise in SharePoint, Power Automate, Office 365, and Azure. Responsibilities include managing the migration, ensuring smooth transition, and implementing automated workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication are essential.

Must have:

5+ years IT migration experience
Strong Office 365 & Azure understanding
Excellent PowerShell skills
Problem-solving & attention to detail
Teamwork & communication skills

Good to have:

Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCSE)
PowerShell scripting experience
Active Directory & DNS knowledge

Project description

Sharepoint Migration from on-prem version 2010 to Online using ShareGate for one of the biggest Asset Management companies. Projects aims seemless switch to new version, including automated workflows created using Power Automate.

Responsibilities

SharePoint and Power Automate Specialist to oversee the migration of SharePoint and Power Automate flows using Sharegate.

You will have extensive experience with SharePoint migration using these tools and possess a deep understanding of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.

Skills

Must have

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT migration

Strong understanding of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure

Strong PowerShell Know-how

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, etc.)

Experience with PowerShell scripting

Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
