Job Summary

Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Product (Contest) at Dream11, you'll be pivotal in shaping the user experience on their fantasy sports platform. Responsibilities include prioritizing a balanced product roadmap, owning the contest charter end-to-end, continuously evolving the product based on customer feedback and market trends, designing and executing experiments to guide decision-making, identifying product gaps and opportunities, and effectively communicating product rationale to stakeholders. You will evaluate trade-offs and constraints to ensure feasibility and collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions driving user retention and growth. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills within a B2C environment.

Must have:

4+ years Product Management experience in B2C
Excellent communication and data skills
Own contest charter end-to-end
Prioritize product roadmap
Evolve product based on feedback
Design & execute experiments

Job Details

Product Management @Dream11:

The Product team is at the forefront of Dream11's user-first approach, with a single-minded focus towards building a scalable fantasy sports platform that makes every game exciting for all sports fans. From analysing consumer and industry trends to conceptualising features and strategy roadmaps, the Dream11 Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Dream11.

Your Role:

Evaluate trade offs & constraints to prioritise a balanced and feasible roadmap
Own the contest charter from end to end
Continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback and market trends
Design experiments to guide decision-making and execute them
Understand product gaps & opportunities based on market benchmarking
Effectively communicate product rationale to stakeholders

Qualifiers:

4+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2C company
Excellent communication and data skills
