Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at CodeNinja, you will play a crucial role in guiding our development teams through Agile practices and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to the Scrum team.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Familiar with the use of agile planning, monitoring and adapting tools & techniques.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Foster collaboration and communication within and outside the Scrum team.
• Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Ensure the availability of SCRUM metrics to all stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a product backlog.
• Monitor and report on project progress, using Agile metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and promote a culture of continuous learning

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science
• 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
• Should have extra-ordinary interpersonal and human skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of Agile tools and practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
• A passion for continuous improvement and learning.

Must-Have:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
