Position: Senior Game Designer (Gameplay & System Design)
Report to: Team Lead 
Department:  ZQ Game 
Hiring Level: Experienced
Contract length & Type: Permanent 
Location: 5 East 8th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T 1R6 (fully on-site)
Game Style: Mobile Game 3D stylish
Compensation:$80,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in discussions and provide support for the design and developments of systems for SLG mobile games ( simulation & strategy Game).
Take a senior role in building the framework, designing gameplay experiences, system solutions, overseeing production, testing, adjustments, optimizations, and creating related documentation.
Design and develop fundamental game features and unique gameplay elements.
Keep a critical eye on quality for the implementation of in-game content;
Utilizing systems, tools and process design, ensure a good end-user experience while producing quality documentation;
Other tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in game development, with at least 3 years of experience in mobile game development, and a track record of successfully developing and launching mobile games, including in development of SLG ( simulation & strategy ) mobile game projects (COK/ROK-like).
Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with mainstream SLG strategy games, and stay updated on trends in the mainstream mobile game market.
Exhibit strong analytical, communication and creative skills.
Excellent teamwork and ability to perform well under pressure.
Capable of independently designing, tracking, and accepting large-scale feature functionality, with a strong sense of responsibility for feature quality.
Legally eligible to work in Canada without any sponsorship from the employer.
