IGG is seeking a dynamic Brand Partnerships and Social Media Specialist in Barcelona. Responsibilities include developing and implementing branding strategies, acquiring sponsorships (identifying potential sponsors, creating proposals, negotiating agreements), and managing social media campaigns (designing and executing campaigns, monitoring performance, collaborating with influencers). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within gaming, tech, or entertainment, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and proven success in sponsorship acquisition and social media management. This role requires a creative and strategic mindset with experience developing brand strategies and managing social media platforms.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Partnerships and Social Media Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries. This role requires a proactive professional who can elevate our brand presence, attract high-value sponsorships, and create engaging social media strategies tailored to our audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Development:

- Develop and implement innovative branding strategies to enhance IGG's visibility and reputation in the gaming industry.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.

 

2. Sponsorship Acquisition:

- Identify and build relationships with potential sponsors, focusing on mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Create compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective partners.

- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring alignment with IGG's branding and marketing goals.

 

3. Social Media Management:

- Design and execute social media campaigns to engage and grow IGG's online community.

- Manage social media channels, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on campaign success.

- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to drive brand awareness and user engagement.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in branding, sponsorship acquisition, or social media management, ideally in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries.

3. Understanding of branding principles and experience in developing brand strategies.

4. Proven track record of securing sponsorships or partnerships with measurable success.

5. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with a keen eye for analytics and optimization.

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.

7. A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

8. Passion for mobile gaming and familiarity with IGG's portfolio is a plus.
