Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing Account Management to assigned clients, representing EveryMatrix and taking full ownership of your portfolio;
- To manage in an efficient and timely manner all operational issues that impact the smooth delivery of the service to Clients;
- Act as an internal advocate for the Client;
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing Middle East Team’s processes and frameworks;
- To conduct training sessions on the company products and platforms with new clients; - Coordinate with the other departments on ongoing general projects;
- Monitor accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Be literate and curious with regards to data, run tracking, reporting and analysis of KPIs; - Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reporting and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to Middle East Team;
- Assist Finance and Legal with Client documentation to make sure clients are informed about the important technical and non-technical changes in the company, affecting their business.
Requirements:
- Advanced Turkish skills or native Turkish speaker;
- A minimum of 2 years experience within the iGaming industry, ideally within a relationship management or commercial role;
- Previous experience in B2B in a Gaming development company is required, preferably iGaming platforms offering multiple verticals;
- Genuine interest in online gaming and a good understanding of the industry; - Excellent English written and oral communication skills;
- Experience with management of client relationships;
- Experience working with key functions in an online business such as marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development;
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, workshops, and other business engagements, including occasional visits to remote offices or customer sites;
- Experience from the IT/Telecoms or similar technical field is a plus;
- A technical understanding of web services is desirable.
