We are looking for a dedicated Head of Sales Excellence to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!
The Head of Sales Excellence will act as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the sales organization. This role will oversee four key functions—Business Intelligence, RfP Excellence, Account Growth, and Sales Controlling—ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance to support revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence: Leads global market research, competitive analysis, and producing insights (e.g., white papers, client deep-dives) to support strategic initiatives and sales efforts.

RfP Excellence: Manages the end-to-end RfP process, including scouting, pre-qualification, assignment, coordination, and submission.

Account Growth: Focuses on CRM management, inbound lead qualification, client analytics, and preparing tailored sales materials and enabling up-sell and cross-sell.

Sales Controlling: Handles KPI tracking, sales forecasting, pricing models, and deal value calculations
- Determines key performance metrics for each function and ensures alignment with broader sales and organizational KPIs.
- Acts as the central coordination point between these functions and the broader sales organization to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Continuously monitors and evaluates performance across all functions, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency and impact.
- Decides on tools, systems, and methodologies to streamline sales team performance and improve outcomes.
- Defines and implements processes and best practices for market research, client analytics, and sales reporting.
- Collaborates with Sales and Sales Excellence teams to provide operational and strategic support.
- Works closely with Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure commercial alignment and market competitiveness.
- Engages with industry stakeholders to stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years in senior sales operations, sales enablement, or business excellence roles within B2B SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
- Understanding of business intelligence, RfP management, account growth, and sales controlling to effectively lead and align these specialized functions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams with strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement best practices.
- Strong ability to develop and execute up-sell and cross-sell strategies, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in improving sales efficiency, driving revenue growth, and managing complex deals with advanced CRM proficiency.
- Familiarity with project-based service delivery, client engagement models, and value-based selling.
