- Meta Ads Manager/Tiktok Ad account knowledge
- Ability to pull metrics from in-platform accurately and discern correct metrics to pull based on in-platform definitions
- Understand what the different KPIs mean and the importance throughout different parts of the funnel
- Full Funnel Understanding
- Brand Awareness
- In-market consideration
- Purchase consideration
- Conversion
- Ad Building - no errors in the setup/detail-oriented and organized
- Post IDs - adding 9x16
- Copy adjustment - adapting longer copy from Meta ads to work for TikTok (100 Character limit)
- Excel/Data pull knowledge (big plus for Pivot Tables)
- Budget Pacing
- Weekly Insights Agendas - Presenting & filling out
- Willingness to learn strategy/growth opportunity/take on new responsibility
- Able to be client facing and communicate with clients effectively in slack, etc. if they have any questions and need data pulls and performance updates
