The purpose of this role is to support for all aspects of content, which includes development, design, production, presentation, evaluation and analysis

Job Description:

We are looking for a Content Editor to be employed in our Milan office.

Role Purpose

The Content Editor will manage the main social channels of Dentsu Creative’s customers, and also act as a content creator able to express creative and original ideas, creating content that reflects the trends of the moment and is in line with the brand’s voice.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conception and creation of visual and textual content for the main social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), including videos, graphics, stories and reels.
  • Operational management and publication of content on different social platforms, following a shared editorial plan and monitoring performance.
  • Moderation and interaction with the community, replying to comments and private messages to increase engagement.
  • Monitoring trends and continuous updating on social media developments to propose innovative and engaging strategies.
  • Support in the analysis of performance data and in the creation of weekly/monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in social media account management and digital content production.
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and ideally also YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Strong creative writing skills, with attention to the quality and consistency of the message on each platform.
  • Ability to use editing tools for the creation of visual and video content.
  • Passion for social media and curiosity about digital trends and news in the world of communication.

  • Creativity and ability to propose original and innovative ideas.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in teams, but also to manage activities independently.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.
