Job Description
As a Sales Advisor at Tesla in Ålesund, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy by guiding customers through the process of purchasing Tesla vehicles. You will be a product expert, educating customers on Tesla's benefits, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions. This involves understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, guiding them through financing and trade-in options, and ensuring a seamless delivery process. You will work collaboratively with a larger sales and delivery team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a passion for Tesla's mission, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, providing transparent information, and building long-term relationships with clients.

- Provide detailed and transparent information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
- Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns or objections they may raise
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations, building a long-term relationship with them
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Passion for Tesla's mission and products, and a desire to share this with others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- The ability to explain complex topics to customers in simple terms
- Focus on educating and understanding customers' needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understands English language and communicate in it when needed
- Valid driving license
