Job Description

The Resource Management Associate supports the resource management team in allocating personnel across projects and maintaining the resource database. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel databases, coordinating with HR and recruitment, scheduling interviews, facilitating onboarding, ensuring timesheet compliance, addressing employee inquiries, maintaining employee records, participating in RMG initiatives, and collaborating with support functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Role – Resource Management Associate
Summary 
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the resource management team in managing the allocation of personnel across various projects within the organization and maintaining the resource database.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Maintains a database of available personnel, including their profiles, skills, experiences, certifications, preferences, etc.
  • Coordinates with HR and recruitment teams to source suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Schedules interviews, screenings, and assessments for potential candidates within the organization.
  • Facilitates new employee onboarding in a resource management tool and shares user information with the new joinee.
  • Ensure complete timesheet compliance at an organizational level by a thorough follow-up with employees.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and aid on RMG-related matters.
  • Addresses employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in collaboration with the Resource Managmeent team.
  • Maintains employee records and updates in the Resource Management system.
  • Participates in Resource Management initiatives to improve processes, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Collaborates with other support functions to attain organizational goals and objectives.  
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
  • Previous experience of 2 to 4 years in resource management, recruitment or HR administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Experience utilizing resource management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
