As the Regional Sales Manager for the Philippines, you will spearhead Enphase Energy's revenue and market share growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new partners, educating them on Enphase's technology, managing existing partner relationships, and driving sales. You will leverage Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting. This role requires deep market research, strategic partner development, and accurate sales forecasting. You will be responsible for managing a customer portfolio to meet revenue objectives, introducing cutting-edge solar technology to potential partners, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve company goals. The position necessitates strong communication and technical skills and involves regular travel within the region.

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead Enphase’s revenue and market share growth in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new partners and enabling existing ones by educating them on Enphase's innovative technology and business solutions. Your expertise will help partners articulate and sell our platform, contributing to their success and the expansion of Enphase's footprint in the region.
What you will do
  • Revenue & Gross Margin Ownership: Drive revenue growth and maximize gross margin for Thailand and other assigned countries.
  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to assess opportunities, market size, and the potential of vertical markets, identifying the right installers and distribution partners.
  • Partner Engagement & Development: Identify, assess, and engage new partners, while enabling and educating them on Enphase products and technology to ensure successful integration and sales.
  • Salesforce Management: Use Salesforce.com to manage partners, track opportunities, and maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • Technology Introduction: Introduce Enphase’s cutting-edge solar technology (e.g., microinverters, energy storage, and AC modules) to new installers and potential distribution partners.
  • Strategic Partner Development: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategies that incorporate Enphase products, driving profitability and positively impacting their P&L.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of customers to meet Enphase’s revenue and corporate objectives.
  • Forecasting: Produce accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for your territory and individual accounts, analyzing historical data and market trends to ensure effective planning
What you bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong preference for candidates from the solar, energy, high-tech, or electrical industries.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers, with demonstrated success in territory planning, partner engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
  • Forecasting Skills: Ability to develop accurate sales and revenue forecasts based on historical data, partner insights, and competitive market analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and partners.
  • Remote Flexibility & Travel: Operate from a virtual office with easy access to a major metropolitan airport. Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers.
