Job Description

As a Product Designer at Sporty, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and intuitive user experiences across all products and channels. You'll leverage user-centered design methodologies to create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaboration with developers and stakeholders is crucial, involving user testing and iterative design improvements based on feedback. Your role demands strong problem-solving skills, a passion for UX/UI design and data analysis, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key contributor to maintaining Sporty's position as a top-performing sports betting platform.
Must have:
  • 3+ years mobile app UI design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
  • User-centered design methodology expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Good to have:

Purpose of Role

The successful candidate will be a self-driven digital product designer with experience in mobile apps. 
The candidate will work on ensuring that all user-experience journeys across all products and channels are smooth and intuitive interactions.
The candidate will be passionate about product forming, UX/UI design, and data analysis. 
The candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be OK with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

Use user-centered design methodologies to ensure designs are intuitive, easy to use, and meet user needs.
Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions.
Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual language.
Work closely with developers and engineers to create appealing, user-friendly and crisp UI assets to implement intuitive user experiences.
Work with stakeholders to conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Actively participates in discussions, proposes solutions. Willing to productively advocate for things they think are right.

Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken English.
3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile application.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.
Have the ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Be a great team player with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Remote video interview with 3 x Team Members (45 mins each, not separate days)
24-72 hour feedback loops throughout process

Post Interview Process

Feedback call on successful interview
Offer released followed by contract
ID Check Via Zinc & 2 references from previous employers
