Our Journey

Sorare was founded by Nicolas Julia and Adrien Montfort in 2018 in Paris to bring sports fans across the globe closer to the players, teams, and leagues they love.

Please note that Sorare is a hybrid work company; employees are required to be in office 3 days a week. 

What we’re looking for

As a Product Designer at Sorare, you will collaborate with product, marketing and engineering partners to define strategy, conduct research, and lead iterative design cycles to enhance the user experience. Your primary goal will be to reduce user friction, improve the clarity of the onboarding process, and drive engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing teams to design and A/B test custom promotional onboarding campaigns, ensuring that new users receive tailored experiences that maximize engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, marketers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business metrics and user needs

• Conduct UX research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, pain points, and motivations

• Blend data-driven insights with innovative design solutions to refine and optimize the first time user experience. 

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.

• Conduct usability tests on new and existing features to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and iteratively improve the user experience.

• Create high-fidelity designs that align with brand vision and art direction

• Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all servicing products and platforms.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years experience driving large scale consumer projects (e.g. app redesigns, major product iteration, new verticals)

• Portfolio demonstrating impactful UX solutions at scale

• Objective, business-driven thinker

• Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to partner cross-functionally to drive towards successful outcomes

• Experience operating with a research-focused design philosophy and the ability to inspire change through user feedback and data insights

• Master of your craft including strong visual and interaction design skills, design systems, prototyping, and UX best practices

• Experience designing for a consistent experience across both web and mobile platforms

• Willingness to work full-time in Paris.
