The Spanish-speaking Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new streaming talent in LATAM and Spanish-speaking regions. This role involves building strong relationships with streamers, helping them achieve their streaming goals, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing partner communications, implementing onboarding processes, identifying sponsorship opportunities, tracking partner performance, and working with product teams to enhance partner content. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic account management, project management, and a deep understanding of the streaming industry.
Must have:
  • 1+ year strategic account management or client relations
  • Project management and account management experience
  • Passion for streaming industry
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Manage partner relationships and onboarding
Good to have:
  • Experience in digital video or entertainment
  • Knowledge of UGC creator ecosystem
  • Sports, gambling, and cryptocurrency knowledge
  • Experience with Discord

You will build strong partner relationships with these streamers, and help them achieve their streaming goals aimed at growing their Spanish speaking audience. You will work with various inhouse teams to develop and execute strategies that help us continue to innovate and expand our platform while shaping the future for KICK content.

What you will do:

  • Be the primary contact for Spanish speaking Streaming Partners for all areas (programming, marketing, finance) to manage activities such as content promotions, new user acquisition opportunities, partner payments, and reporting.
  • Implement partner hand-off, once a deal has been completed and work with the partner to build an account plan to support each party’s commitments under the agreement.
  • Manage onboarding of new channel partners for our LATAM market and Spanish speaking audience; including channel set-up, content ingestion and publishing process, teaching partners how to use the dashboard and related CMS features
  • Surface sponsorships opportunities to partner by working with Ad Sales teams.
  • Log and track partner account status within KICK’s backend, regularly report metrics against established goals for each partnership
  • Identify and build strategic growth strategies for newly onboarded partners.
  • Work with Product teams to identify new products (i.e. Extensions, Co-streaming with KICK influencers) that add value and audience to the partners’ content on KICK

What you will bring:

Essential experience

  • At least 1+ year of strategic account management or other relevant client relations
  • Project management and prior account management experience
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the streaming industry and its operations
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, verbally and written (please note: we do not offer sponsorship for this role)

Essential qualities or behaviours

  • Experience in the digital video or entertainment industry
  • Deep knowledge of the UGC creator ecosystem
  • Sports, gambling and cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous
  • Experience with Discord
