What to Expect

As a Operations Specialist at Tesla, you will manage the day-to-day registrations that support vehicle sales, delivery, and financial processes across both new and used cars. You will play a key part in your delivery hubs readiness and compliance of registrations supporting internal processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Complete the daily registration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor and record registration metrics to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
Handle the processing of government incentives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all incentive-related activities.
Provide support for onsite delivery operations, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Support and resolve any onsite issues or challenges that may arise.
Conduct daily compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Report and address any compliance issues or discrepancies identified during checks.
Track and manage data related to various operational activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update information systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain a strong rapport with your Central and Delivery teams, collaborating effectively to ensure a seamless registration process.
