Operations Coordinator (FEAT)
Bangalore
Key Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and confident Operations Coordinator to join our Feature Animation team. This role reports to our Operations Manager, while collaborating with various departments such as HR, Resource Management, Training Outreach and Development.
This person will be our key point of contact for coordinating meetings, events and support for our senior execs and the wider teams. You will play a key role in day to day operations for our India sites, however this is a truly global team and you will be collaborating across the western sites to ensure smooth operations. This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in office per week.
Responsibilities
● Request Tech Support work requests for Studio spaces, screening rooms, and desks to ensure optimal working environments for FEAT projects, tracking to completion.
● Support facilities requirements for our teams, working with the central facilities teams to ensure our needs are met.
● Assist with events management and planning, including office events, recruitment and conferences.
● Work on staff initiatives to boost morale and assist in organising events to improve staff experience.
● Calendar management for FEAT Executives. Working closely with all Team Assistants and EA’s to coordinate internal and client facing meetings both locally and globally.
● Partnering with current FEAT Show Production Staff to mitigate any requests.
○ Show merchandise
○ Events and screenings.
● Work with Tech and Operations to ensure all FEAT crew have the correct setup during onboarding, including assignment of Virtual Machines.
● Maintain, update and manage the onboarding/ offboarding process and procedure.
● Point of contact for FEAT travel needs. Including coordinating travel forms and approvals for our travelling / visiting team members.
Must Have
● Highly organised and methodical with the ability to follow through.
● Ability to deal with internal and external personnel in a professional and courteous manner, and to develop and leverage professional working relationships.
● Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills, ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
● Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise their workload and track multiple projects simultaneously.
● Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines.
● Experience with Google Suite, Excel.
● Experience with Databases.
● Bangalore Based with access to DNEG Office.
