As a Mobile Support Tech, you will be responsible for managing and configuring mobile devices, apps, and profiles using Microsoft Intune. You will also troubleshoot Microsoft Office apps, ensure mobile security through Conditional Access, and leverage PowerShell scripting to meet technical needs. This is a 1+ year contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure mobile devices, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and mobile application assignments using Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office apps (desktop and mobile) to ensure seamless functionality.
- Implement mobile security protocols through Microsoft Conditional Access.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to support mobile device management.
Required Qualifications:
- Microsoft Intune Admin Console experience (required).
- Experience with mobile devices (iOS and Android) (required).
- PowerShell scripting experience (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office troubleshooting (Desktop and Mobile apps).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Conditional Access.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent training/experience, OR
- Associate degree plus 3 years of demonstrated technical experience, OR
- High school diploma and 5 years of IT technical experience at a large, complex organization.

To qualify for the benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
