The Product Analytics team at mindtickle has a clear mission - to enable impactful product decisions from the data lens. It includes the quantitative understanding of what users are doing within mindtickle, how product features perform as far as how we measure the success of product development life cycle, measure the impact of various product decisions from both the user experience and revenue perspectives, and guide product development and roadmap decisions.
To scale efficiently in a hyper-growth setting we implement an ‘analytics-as-a-product’ concept by providing self-serve analytics capabilities, onboarding and training people in analytics, disseminating data-informed decision culture, measuring success, and iterating. We’re looking for someone who can provide quantitative insights to help us better understand our customers based on their actions, and guide product development and roadmap decisions.
The ideal candidate has a strong familiarity with a wide range of systems and tools, is highly structured and results-driven, and loves to think big and solve ambiguous problems.
