ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Market team Engineering Manager within Platform Product you are responsible for leading our tech teams and to develop and deliver on regulatory initiatives. You will work closely with the product management team to transform and deliver the greatest iGaming Experience with a focus placed on Responsible Gaming and Customer Onboarding. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams outside Platform to ensure quality in our deliveries
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● You have a min of 3 years in leadership and people management experience within software development
● Staying on top of current and upcoming regulatory requirements across 2+ jurisdictions
● You are driven, have a strategic mindset, like to see things from new perspectives
● You have an inclusive and participatory leadership style, building high-performance development teams
● Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Support, to define and deliver product features and services
● Leading the platform product team from product concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives
● Leading activities such as roadmap planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving to drive effective product development
● Fostering innovation within the development teams and the organization, contributing to the company's growth and efficiency

● Provide Technical Leadership
● Actively participate in technical discussions, providing high-level guidance and expertise during code reviews and design decisions.
● Take ownership of projects, ensuring on-time delivery with the desired features and quality.
● Lead and coach a high performing and skilled engineering team that is distributed across several countries / cities
● Proactively communicate with leadership and stakeholders to address concerns, clarify direction, and ensure alignment across teams and with the community.

● Experience from user-facing products and development
● Project Management Experience
● You have HR experience / worked closely with HR to provide a stable & productive work environment
