The Network Information Security (NIS) team at PwC is seeking talented security and technology professionals to support their compliance team. NIS operates on a local, regional, and global scale, defining security strategy and executing the global Cyber Readiness Program. The mission is to protect over 370,000 PwC members across 140+ member firms worldwide and their global clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

As part of the Chief Technology Risk Officer  (CTRO) pillar, you will:

• Measure PwC’s compliance with internal security policies.

• Develop new skills and resolve team issues.

• Coach team members and encourage personal development.

• Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations.

• Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions.

• Address sub-standard work and use data to support decision-making.

• Develop a point of view on global trends and their impact on clients.

• Manage viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.

• Simplify complex messages and uphold the firm's code of ethics.

The Role:

You will be part of a global team measuring compliance with PwC’s internal security policies. Responsibilities includes managing the internal policy compliance program, designing compliance procedures, creating metrics, reporting findings, and helping network firms achieve compliance.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in roles involving information security, consultancy, compliance, and/or audit.

• Understanding of compliance and/or audit processes, SOC2 compliance standards, information security controls, and ISO 27001 ISMS standard.

• Track record of managing multiple work streams and recommending process improvements.

• Service-oriented with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

• Strong business communication skills to inform, persuade, and teach stakeholders.

• Collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

• Nice to have: Strong understanding of ServiceNow and PowerBi.
