As an Internal Communications Manager at Behaviour Interactive, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Communications and play a key strategic role. You will oversee major projects such as the implementation of our new intranet and the development of the annual internal communications strategic plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for internal communication plans for various projects and new communication channels, including large-scale initiatives across the organization.

In this role you will :

    • Develop and implement the annual strategic communication plan, with a focus on internal communications and employee engagement.
    • Establish and execute communication plans for diversity and inclusion initiatives, HR, and ensure that the channels used are optimized.
    • Collaborate with various departments to align messages and communication initiatives with the company’s priorities, providing exceptional support to colleagues for their communication needs.
    • Ensure the company’s positioning, organizational values, and employer brand consistency across all communication strategies and content.
    • Lead the implementation and management of the intranet (Hub) and ensure its regular updates.
    • Propose innovative communication content ideas and creative campaigns to maximize the impact and ROI of communications.
    • Develop an internal communication calendar and oversee its adherence, ensuring message clarity and consistency across channels.
    • Identify communication needs, anticipate challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
    • Act as a strategic leader to connect various internal communication initiatives, fostering greater understanding within the organization.

What we're looking for :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or a relevant field.
    • 6 years or more of experience, including 2 years in management.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive work approach.
    • Authentic leadership and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment.
    • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
    • Strong ability to build effective working relationships across various departments.
