About The Role
We're looking for a multi-faceted, collaborative Head of Visual Design to bring strong design creativity and leadership to the Keka Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will develop and steward the vision, creation, and execution of design across all external and internal touch points, digital and print and everything else we can imagine.
Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of all essential creative projects, from ideation to execution, while leading a team of talented designers that bring it to life.

About The Role

Who You Are
- You must thrive as a hands-on player-coach with hypergrowth and/or SaaS experience, as one who wants to design and execute high-priority projects
- You bring a portfolio that demonstrates extensive visual design experience, showcases your close attention to every detail, and demonstrates your work towards maintaining brand integrity.
- Your strong work ethic, positive mindset, and outstanding design abilities inspire the team.
- You know what great looks like, have great aesthetic tastes, and have a signal of what others are doing in the creative/tech/SAAS space.
- Raise the bar in design quality, pushing creative concepts and inspiration to express Keka across all channels.
- Lead the creative development of brand and sales marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, including digital, print, video, social and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support brand initiatives, sales goals, and internal and external events.
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of designers to do their best work.
- Champion the Keka brand, ensuring cohesive brand expression internally and externally that preserves our brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries with fresh ideas.
- Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes, deliver high cadence and volume-creative assets, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Have an active hand in designing high priority projects.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- 10+ years design experience with a portfolio showcasing a breadth of brand work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC
- Experience in motion design and illustration (in execution and art direction)
- Ability to work autonomously and guide more junior members of the team
- Ability to balance staying on top of design trends while remaining true to Keka’s core brand identity
- Detail-oriented—ability to sweat design details while also seeing the big picture
- Understand the impact of change at a strategic, systems-wide level that can affect the brand as a whole
- A strong understanding of Keka’s brand strategy and how to apply it
