As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Playtika, you will play a critical role in designing complex systems that serve various stakeholders across our organization. You will work on a wide range of tools, including CRM systems for Account Managers and Customer Support Representatives, Generative AI creative tools for our artists, LiveOps tools for Operations Managers, analytics and segmentation tools for Business Analysts and Low code / No code solutions for our developers. Your expertise in user-centered design will help enhance our internal processes and elevate the user experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify user needs, and validate design concepts.
  • Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex systems, ensuring they meet business and user requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across different products and tools.
  • User Experience Strategy: Define and advocate for best practices in user experience design, ensuring a user-centered approach is maintained throughout the design process.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years as a UX/UI designer, preferably in a technology or gaming environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in complex systems or enterprise applications.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to non-designers.
  • Understanding of front-end development principles and constraints is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
