As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a crucial driver of our international growth, responsible for leading and developing our recruiting team. What you will do:

  • Lead & Develop the Talent Acquisition Team: organize and coach a multinational team of currently 10 recruiters with different levels of seniority, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to ensure they thrive.
  • Active Sourcing Expertise: Design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to proactively engage top talent in global tech markets.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Work with KPIs to measure and improve recruiting performance, ensuring we attract top talent efficiently and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including leadership and hiring managers, to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Drive our employer branding initiatives, ensuring Applike Group stands out as a top choice for talent in competitive tech markets worldwide.
  • Scale with the Business: As Applike Group continues to scale rapidly, you’ll play a pivotal role in constantly adapting and evolving our talent acquisition processes to support this growth.

What we´re looking for:

  • You are located in, or open to relocating to, Hamburg to join our team on-site
  • Proven Experience: Several years of experience as a hands-on (Tech) Recruiter and later Team Lead in fast-growing, international tech companies.
  • Active Sourcing Expert: A deep understanding of how to attract and engage top talent through innovative sourcing techniques.
  • KPI-Driven: A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading motivated teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and hiring managers.
  • Innovator: Constantly rethinking recruiting approaches, experimenting with new tools to automate processes and find better talent faster
  • Employer Branding Savvy: A track record of effectively marketing a company's employer brand to attract top talent.
