Summary

As a Group Product Manager for Fraud Risk Services (1FRS) at GoTo, you'll lead the development of anti-fraud capabilities protecting millions of users. This role demands balancing security and user experience, collaborating with risk leaders, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders. Within six months, you'll deliver impactful fraud prevention and detection initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing product roadmaps, using data-driven insights, owning key metrics (fraud prevention, usability, customer satisfaction), building relationships with cross-functional teams, defining and prioritizing initiatives, and communicating effectively across all levels. You'll optimize solutions using data and advanced technologies, including machine learning, and manage product lifecycles from ideation to impact analysis.

As a Group Product Manager for 1FRS (Fraud Risk Services), you will lead the development of cutting-edge anti-fraud capabilities that protect our customers, merchants, and drivers. In this role, you’ll tackle the unique challenge of balancing security with user experience, working closely with experienced risk leaders, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Within the first six months, you’ll deliver impactful initiatives that improve fraud prevention and detection, setting a foundation for long-term success in safeguarding our ecosystem.

What You Will Do

    • Develop, own, and execute a product roadmap aligned with the long-term product vision and business goals.
    • Use data-driven insights and customer-centric thinking to influence peers, stakeholders, and executives.
    • Own and drive key metrics, including fraud prevention, usability, customer satisfaction, and on-time releases.
    • Build and nurture trusted relationships with engineering, data science, and business leaders to ensure optimal product delivery.
    • Define, prioritize, and execute initiatives while managing product lifecycles, from ideation to impact analysis.
    • Communicate clear and compelling strategies, updates, and insights to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
    • Balance competing priorities to ensure focus on initiatives with the highest business impact.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions leveraging data and advanced technologies, including machine learning.

What You Will Need

    • 10 years of product management experience, ideally in Fraud Risk, Security, or related domains in fast-paced environments.
    • Proven ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify use cases, and deliver scalable solutions in unstructured environments.
    • Strong understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, and business processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, leveraging data and metrics to justify product decisions.
    • Experience or familiarity with Data and Machine Learning products is a significant advantage.
    • Strong communication skills to articulate strategies, insights, and priorities effectively to all levels of the organization.
    • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to uphold high standards while managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
    • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity to deliver exceptional outcomes.
