Hutch seeks an experienced UX Designer to enhance their flagship motorsport game, F1 Clash.  Responsibilities include owning interaction and user flow design standards, collaborating with various teams (product, design, etc.), applying a user-centric approach to feature design, and crafting intuitive user interfaces. The role requires translating user research into designs, acting as a design authority, ensuring enjoyable user experiences, and leading UX design standards within the team.  The ideal candidate will have proven commercial UX/Digital Product Design experience, strong UX design skills, experience with design systems, and excellent communication abilities.
