Job Description
GoCorp seeks a Sales Operations professional to contribute to the strategic direction and success of the sales team. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining system data integrity, developing and analyzing sales reports and dashboards, collaborating with sales leadership on forecasting and trend identification, streamlining sales processes, providing sales team training, assisting in developing sales strategies, and working with marketing and finance teams for alignment. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role, and proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

- Manage and maintain the system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and analyze sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast sales and identify trends.
- Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on tools and best practices.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing and finance teams to align efforts and improve overall performance.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
